ive always wanted cute ulzzang/scene hair, but my mother has never let me :(
anyway, she said i could because im moving and going to a new shool and im super happy☆
so i was on youtube, and i saw that some people make tutorials, but i most definitely dont trust me with scissors, and my mother isnt the best hairdresser (if you know what i mean). sooo, how would i describe this to a professional hair-cutting person (besides using picture)? i think that ive heard something about a straight mullet, or something like ‘small layers around the crown, then longer as you reach your neck.’ stuff like that…but thats probably not correct terms… so how would i describe this to my hairdresser???

thanks to the answerers on my other question who inspired me to get this hair cut in the first place :D

Choppy layers getting longer from the top to the chin, then very long strips of hair that usually hang over your shoulder.
Looks sorta like a bob with strips of hair hanging out? :L
